Reservations Information

Saltwater Excursions, LLC requires a minimum deposit of 50% in order to hold your reservation. Final payment is due within 30 days of your charter. If your charter is booked within 30 days prior to departure, payment is due, in full, at the time of the reservation. All deposits and payments may be made by cash, traveler’s check or credit card. We highly recommend Travel insurance.

Cancellations made by Saltwater Excursions, LLC

We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason. Circumstances, which make the charter unadvisable, can occur (weather, participation, mechanical). If any of these occur, Saltwater Excursions, LLC will first try to rebook you for a later date or rebook you on a different charter boat. If neither of these options are possible, Saltwater Excursions, LLC will refund your money. If the trip is cut short due to an unforeseen circumstance, Saltwater Excursions, LLC will refund a prorated amount of your trip cost. Saltwater Excursions, LLC will not be held responsible for any other expenses incurred by you associated with your trip. We highly recommend Travel insurance.

Cancellations made by Client

Failure to make full payment on your reservation at least 30 days prior to your charter or failure to show for the charter is considered a cancellation by the client. There will be no refunds should this occur. Cancellations made by the client at least 31 days in advance will receive a refund less a processing fee of 20%.
